| Description: | The IT Network Administrator is responsible for set-up, configuration and support of local and external data/communication networks. |
| Duties: | � Utilize existing knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware and Software components to provide assistance and problem resolution to User Groups.
� Perform Desktop and Laptop computer Hardware/Software diagnostics.
� Develop a working knowledge of Server Hardware/Software components
� Perform PC and Server Hardware/Software asset audits to develop/maintain location inventories. |
| Qualifications: | � 1-2 years experience with Server, Desktop, and Laptop Computer Hardware and Software.
� Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
� Knowledge of Microsoft Office� Knowledge of Communication Networks
� Desired, but not required � Software Development/Programming Exposure/Experience (Visual Basic)
� Must have good oral and written communication skills.
