Multisite Property Manager - Waco

Description:

Rapidly growing real estate company is seeking a full time property manager for Waco office. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidate must be skilled with Microsoft Office and have excellent computer skills. Property management experience or strong customer service skills wanted. Need detailed, organized, hardworking, and motivated individual with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Summary of essential job functions
• Assist in managing multiple properties in the Waco area
• Assist with creating and executing marketing plan for advertising properties
• Qualify and place applicants according to rental criteria
• Resolve tenant complaints or concerns
• Oversee eviction proceedings as needed
• Prepare rental agreements and enforce their terms
• Schedule routine and emergency maintenance repairs
• Ensure properties are kept in good working order through routine inspections
• Complete reports as scheduled
• Update tenant management system daily
• Some travel may be required

Minimum requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Familiar with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• A minimum of 2 years property management experience required
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook needed
• Able to type at least 45 words per minute
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Real estate sales license very helpful but not required
